How To: Advocare Fiber Drink

The Advocare Fiber Drink is one of the first obstacles to overcome when starting the 10 Day Cleanse.

During the 10 Day Cleanse, you take the fiber drink in the morning the first three days and the last three days. You can also buy the fiber drink on it's own to take as part of your health routine.

The texture of the fiber drink can be difficult for some people, there are some things you can do to make it go down smoother.

1. Mix the fiber drink with ice cold water, and less than 8 oz.

2.  I add a 1/2-1full scoop of Spark to mix in for flavor and for a burst of energy in the morning


3. I have a tall glass of water ready to go to alternate drinking the mix with water. Even if you do not need the glass of water, be sure to drink at least 8 oz of water within five minutes of the fiber drink.

4. Drink as quickly as possible! Just throw it back and be done with it! If you let the mix sit it will get thicker and thicker, trust me not what you want.

5. This fiber drink may cause you go to go the restroom, a lot. So don't embark on a road trip or head into an important long meeting. Also, if you think if you have to fart, be sure not to shit your pants. You're welcome.
